VPLIV EPIDEMIJE COVIDA-19 NA DNEVNO MOBILNOST V SLOVENIJI: VPOGLED V PRVI VAL

Povzetek

V članku je analiziran slovenski podvzorec (n = 415) mednarodne anketne raziskave o spremembah dnevne mobilnosti v prvem valu epidemije covida-19 spomladi leta 2020. Podatkovno bazo smo razdelili v tri skupine glede na kraj bivanja anketirancev (urbani, prehodni in ruralni) ter primerjali potovalne navade ljudi pred zaprtjem države in med njim. Osredotočili smo se na pot na delo in nakupovanje, ki spadata med najpogostejše namene poti. Ugotovili smo, da so bila potovanja med zaprtjem države izrazito okrnjena, kar še posebej velja za pot na delo. Pri tem je uporaba osebnega avtomobila, tudi zaradi ustavitve javnega potniškega prometa, ostala prevladujoč potovalni način, zlasti na podeželju. Raziskava osvetljuje mobilnostne vzorce ljudi v izrednih razmerah in hkrati podkrepljuje potrebo po trajnostnih prometnih politikah, ukrepih za omilitev podnebne krize, krepitvi odpornosti družbe na naravne in druge nesreče ter po izboljšanju javnega zdravja.
