PROTITANKOVSKE MINE IN HUMANITARNO PROTIMINSKO DELOVANJE V SVETU
Povzetek
Z dvema konvencijama in njunimi aneksi se je velika večina držav obvezala k omejitvam pri proizvodnji in uporabi protipehotnih min in kasetnega streliva. Opazno je zmanjšanje števila žrtev, povezanih s tema kategorijama nevarnih eksplozivnih teles, veča pa se število žrtev protitankovskih min, kar počasi postaja prepoznavna globalna težava. Ocene o številu položenih protitankovskih min v svetu so zelo približne. V vojaških spopadih so jih uporabljali na različne načine, vse pa so imele velike posledice tudi na civilno prebivalstvo. Članek predstavlja vprašanje položenih protitankovskih min in humanitarne posledice, ki jih povzročijo.
