PRIPRAVLJENOST NA TVEGANJA ZA NALEZLJIVE BOLEZNI NA VSTOPNIH MESTIH V DRŽAVO

Povzetek

Mednarodna letališča in pristanišča so pomembna stičišča za transport ljudi ter tovora, prav tako pa tudi za vstop nalezljivih bolezni prek okuženih potnikov, živali, predmetov in hrane. Nalezljive bolezni imajo inkubacijsko dobo. To je čas, ko je oseba že okužena, nima pa še simptomov. V tem času se bolezen že širi naprej. Tak primer širjenja smo imeli pri covidu-19, katerega pandemija se je začela leta 2020. Države so zavezane, da prepoznavajo tveganja nalezljivih bolezni in v skladu z Mednarodnim zdravstvenim pravilnikom pripravijo algoritme ukrepanja ter jih tudi upoštevajo. V prispevku obravnavamo izvajanje in učinkovitost varnostnih ukrepov preprečevanja širjenja nalezljivih bolezni ob vstopu v državo ter izstopu iz nje skupaj z izkušnjami preteklih let v pristanišču, na letališču in kopenskih mejnih prehodih.
