RENEWED ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE DID YOU FEEL THE EARTHQUAKE?
Abstract
Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO) collects and analyses macroseismic data in Slovenia, which is used to evaluate earthquake intensities according to European macroseismic scale. There are more than 6400 registered observers from 2073 settlements all around Slovenia that report about the earthquake's effects on humans, objects, buildings and nature. Today, 4746 observers are still active. The renewed online questionnaire Did you feel the earthquake enables us to acquire and analyse macroseismic data more efficiently. The paper describes the purpose of data collection and presents new features. It shows basic statistics of the collected data and gives a comparative analysis of the effects provided in simple online and paper earthquake questionnaires.
