EMERGENCY CALL ANALYSIS DURING THE AUTUMN FLOODS

Abstract

The article gives a statistical review of emergency calls to 112 during the autumn floods. It presents a statistical analysis of incoming calls, response times and call duration times. On the basis of statistical analysis a mathematical model has been established to help calculate the quality of the emergency call service and determine the number of operators in order to process the calls.
