FLOODS ACROSS THE WORLD IN 2010

Abstract

There were 192 major floods in 2010. Most floods in this year occurred in South-East Asia, especially in India. In 2010, 25 million people were forced to leave their homes due to elevated waters. Over 10,000 people were affected by the floods and almost 20 million square kilometers were flooded.
