EARTHQUAKES IN SLOVENIA IN 2005
Abstract
Earthquake activity was moderate in 2005. People felt more than 65 earthquakes. The most powerful earthquake was on 14 January at 7.58 UTC or 8.58 Central European time, with the hypocentre in the vicinity of Cerkno. Its local magnitude was 4.0 (ARSO, 2005- 2006), and the highest intensity V EMS-98.
