Abstract

On August 26 – 29 2003, Macedonia hosted an International Conference “Skopje Earthquake - 40 Years of European Earthquake Engineering”, at which 250 participants from 32 countries discussed problems of earthquake engineering, engineering seismology and related topics in many scientific sessions. The participants included two representatives from the Environmental Agency of the Republic of Slovenia – Seismology and Geology Office.
