SEA FLOODS IN 2002 AND 2003
Abstract
There are two mareographic stations on the Slovenian coast. They continuously record the sea level. Sea level measurements are important to sailors, fishermen and inhabitants of coastal cities. Sea floods are events which occur every year. We can successfully predict high water through careful observations of sea levels and knowledge of meteorological situations.
