DELOVANJE ZDRAVSTVA OB MNOŽIČNIH NESREČAH
Povzetek
Množična nesreča je vsak dogodek z večjim številom poškodovanih ali nenadno obolelih, ki ga ne moremo obvladati z rednimi zmogljivostmi (Auf der Heide, 1989). Po svetu se vsak dan zgodi vsaj ena taka nesreča v nasprotju z območjem delovanja Reševalne postaje Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Ljubljana, kjer so jih v zadnjih 40 letih zabeležili 11 (Fink, 2003). Uspešnost ukrepanja v množični nesreči je odvisna od učinkovitih priprav na takšen dogodek. Splošni organizacijski načrt delovanja zdravstva v tem primeru ločuje organizacijo delovanja v predbolnišničnem in v bolnišničnem okolju. V predbolnišničnem okolju se na kraju množične nesreče ali neposredni bližini vzpostavi delovišče zdravstvene oskrbe kot prostor, na katerem se izvajajo vsi ključni elementi, pomembni za uspešno reševanje (Hodgetts in Mackway-Jones, 2002). Ključni element takega delovišča ob nesreči manjšega obsega je lahko samo ena oseba oz. ena oseba opravlja vlogo več ključnih elementov. Ob množičnih nesrečah večjega obsega pa je za uspešno delo posameznih ključnih elementov potrebnih več ljudi, da si ga med seboj razdelijo. V tem primeru je najpomembnejše usklajeno delovanje teh elementov in dela znotraj vsakega od njih (Furberg, 2006). V bolnišničnem okolju pa se izvede bolnišnični načrt za ukrepanje ob množični nesreči, pri čemer se njenemu obsegu prilagodita organizacija in delovanje bolnišnice.
