»Je mogoče podeliti šest od petih zvezdic?«: izbor in priporočanje knjig v dobi interneta

Da bi raziskali dejavnike, ki vplivajo na izbiro lahkotnejšega čtiva, smo na spletni strani Amazon.com izbrali petindvajset knjižnih uspešnic in preučili petinsedemdeset »najuporabnejših« ocen bralcev. Preučili smo, zakaj bralci priporočajo v branje določene knjige. Rezultati so pokazali, da je za bralca najbolj pomembna možnost vživetja, sledijo pa razlogi, povezani z avtorjem ali s temo. Izbira knjig se torej ravna po določenih vzorcih.Literatura
